Burrata is a fresh Italian cheese made from cow's milk (or sometimes buffalo milk). The word comes from the Italian word burro, which means butter. It features a solid outer shell of fresh mozzarella wrapped around a soft, creamy center filled with shredded curd and fresh cream called stracciatella.

Guanciale

Guanciale is an Italian cured meat made from the jowl or cheek of a pig. It is rubbed with salt, black pepper, and local spices, then cured for at least three months.

Guanciale and Pancetta are both Italian style bacons and are available as deli meats.. Guanciale has a stronger flavor and is more tender than Pancetta.
